This will be a 10 day long event celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of BMW, put on by BMW CCA (Car Club of America), BMW RA (Riders Club International) and VBMWMO with the help of BMW North America.

Normally, the BMW CCA has a big event here coinciding with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. This year, that will continue, and the BMW RA will hold their national event over the weekend of August 25-27 at Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway. VBMWMO will be putting on a vintage BMW motorcycle concours and judging alongside that of the BMW CCA, and we will have some vintage rides planned. The CCA will be running historic and club racing on the track. Peter Nettesheim's famous BMW motorcycle collection will be on display, and BMW North America will be present with their displays.

There will be camping at the Jack Nikolaus Club Driving Range over the first weekend and at Laguna Seca for the rest of the time. Hotels are available in Monterey, but note that they will be very expensive for the Pebble Beach crowd. A possible alternative is to lodge in Salinas, which is nearly equidistant from Laguna Seca.

We want you to come and participate! We would especially like to have you bring your bike to display at our Concours event, but there will be social events at different locations around the Monterey Peninsula.

Events will take place at various places on the Monterey Peninsula. Check here and at the event website for details. Also for more information, call 864-250-0022 or email
