Have anyone ordered anything from CycleWorks.net lately?

I placed an order on the 28th of march, still not shipped. I've sent two emails without response and I've tried calling, no one is answering.

Has anyone heard anything from Dan lately?

I waited 3 weeks for a many

I waited 3 weeks for a many in one tool. He finally responded to me and said he had the flu and was behind on everything.

I left him a message asking about a tool and never heard back.
So, not sure.

I've always had good dealings

I've always had good dealings with Cycleworks although it has been some time now. I did a search on a couple of forums where Dan often posts and didn't see any other posts where people were asking about Cycleworks and their deliveries. I would think, then, that there's something happening at Cycleworks that has slowed down their responses.

I don't like to do this, that is recommend another tool supplier. This alternate company has been known to have very bad business practices and it is accused of stealing Cycleworks designs and marketing them as their own. Probably difficult to prove, but it was a war of words but no real actionable grounds. From what I've read about this alternate company, I will probably not do business with them.

With that, I'll offer their name and let you decide what you want to do. The company is Northwoods Airheads. You can find them on the web.

If you are after Matra tools, I ran across this link for someone who makes these tools:

northwoods

Northwoods - I ordered some tools from them several years ago, one of them would not work on my R80ST and they were extremely condescending and even insulting when I let them know. I will not do business with them again!

Cycleworks - I have always had a good experience with Cycleworks, but have not ordered anything recently.

I ordered a tool about 3

I ordered a tool about 3 weeks ago and never got a confirmation or the tool.
This is not the norm for them so I know there's something going on.
A refund request was issued and I received a refund the next day.
If I need any tools I will still order from Cycle works without hesitation.
They are a small operation that offers a great service at a great price.
Everybody has setbacks for whatever reason, we are all human.
