I have been searching the archives, and the tech FAQ for more detailed information about the frame similarity between mid 60's R50 and its relatives, I am looking for a bit more displacement, but I want to keep the original engine, I have seen "conversions " in pictures and read about them in discussions but never in person. Is the frame for R50 /2 the same as other pre 70' /2s regardless of displacement? is there a place on the 'net where this kind of info is that I have not found yet?
