The ever-helpful folks at BMW Group Classic have an online survey that they have just put up. They would really appreciate about 5-10 minutes of your time in answering this survey. With better customer information, hopefully they can better serve the needs of the vintage beemer owner.

Read more about the survey here.

Wasn't something like this

Wasn't something like this done within the past few years...I recall filling out a survey along these lines.

Sort of...

A couple years back BMW AG, through the International Council of BMW Clubs, had a survey that was focused on club membership and activity. This one has a different focus.

If you've ever been out to the BMW archives and searched through their photos, for example, or perhaps read either Classic Live or the previous Mobile Tradition Live (or an article, such as the one that debunks the "propeller theory" of the origin of the roundel, extracted from them), or you asked about the delivery information about your bike, then you've seen some of the public face of BMW Group Classic. A lot of the material we've published in The Vintage BMW Bulletin has come to us from Group Classic or has been supported by information and photos from them.

They want to know how they're doing and want to get feedback on what other things they could be doing. They are a huge asset to our community even if most folks don't really know about them.

Happens to me a lot on some

Happens to me a lot on some websites...I think it has to do with how the link was set up, whether it just takes you to a new page or opens up another window or tab.

Something I've been trying to do more often is right click on the link and select either open in new tab or in a new window. Then when I reflexively click the red X at the upper right, I don't loose me original connection.

Odd choice

That was a rather odd choice of what to do with the people who had just filled out their survey. Why didn't they send them to Group Classic's website, to browse around?
