I just completed a build of an "S" model from my single owner, 103,000 mile R75/6. The goal was to blend components from the "S" series (R90 through R100) on an R75/6 base.
You can see a web page of the entire build here and links to restoration resources you may be interested in
Here are some of the "After" pictures, followed by a few "Before" and then some "During" pictures.
It's running well and I had a blast doing this.

Hey Brook! Two things: the galleries work best if you actually upload photos here. (Click on the edit tab at the top, then look under the body text entry area to where it says Photos: and use the Browse and Upload buttons to bring photos in from your local computer. Don't forget to click Save when you're done.)
If you want to use photos from Flickr, you have to get links that end in .jpg. The link to the page on Flickr won't work. I don't use Flickr, but most of the photo sharing sites have a way to get the actual photo link to paste in.
Still, if you link to Flickr, your gallery won't "participate" in the random selection that shows on the left sidebar on each page fetch.
Good luck!
