The BDVM (Bundesverband der Motorradfahrer) will hold the world's oldest and largest winter meeting for motorcyclists again at Loh Solla, Thurmansbang town in the Bavarian Forest, about 40 miles north of Passau. After more than 50 years, the traditional and unique event for all motorcyclists can be experienced. Around the campfire in the snow-covered valley are all the languages to heard and understand and to celebrate peacefully.
The Elefantentreffen is a quiet and very traditional Ralley with no music bands and other corresponding activities. As always there will be a traditional torchlight procession reminding of traffic lost lives and comrades. This is purely a motorcycle meeting, so cars are excluded. Admission costs is 20 € and for BVDM/FEMA members, only 12 €.
