My R100S tank is corroded. Any ideas if I can still buy a new one?

Alternative of course is to get it repaired.

I had the same problem on my '78. Ended up finding a '74 tank and re-finished on the interior and exterior only to realize at the end of the (lengthy and expensive) process that the bung threads were gone (couldn't screw in the petcocks - not enough thread). Be careful if you buy a used one they are pretty much ALL sketchy by now. Make sure that there is NO RUST on the bottom (inside or out) and that the threads are solid on the bungs or you will be back to square one.

New BMW replacement is rumored to be about $1,000 - probably the single most expensive part you can buy for an R100, but I guess its worth it if you want to get your baby on the road for another 35 years...

I feel your pain.
